EAGL season update

 
Over the winter, we at EAGL have worked on system optimization and adding functionality to help deliver better rental experiences and giving you more tools to manage your vehicle fleet.  
 
All features below are already live, and we’re constantly working on making vehicle rentals and fleet management even easier for both you and your customers.

 
EAGL Fleet Dashboard/Admin Portal

Reviews 
 
The EAGL Fleet Dashboard, often referred to as the Admin Portal, has welcomed a new page in the navigation menu called Reviews where you can see app reviews for all vehicles. This will give a better overview of what your customers think about the rental experience. Note that only reviews with a written description will show up on this screen. 
 
Notification Center 
 
To further help you stay up to date on your rentals, we have added a Notification Center which will notify you about important events. Currently, only customer reviews will post notifications, but we are working on adding notifications for other important events. If you have any suggestions for events you want to be notified about, please reach out to us at clubsupport@eagl.app . Examples could be no-show bookings, failed unlock attempts etc. 
 
Connectivity Indicator 

We have changed the connectivity indicator on each individual vehicle to show if the communication unit has sent messages in the past hour, instead of the last 24 hours as it was previously. This should give a better real-time indication if the vehicle is operational or not. 

The new Notification Center

EAGL APP 

The app has received some cosmetic updates over the last months, highlighting important functionality. We have also made a lot of performance enhancements, which should make the app quicker while using less data. 
 
For our most frequent users, we have made all upcoming bookings accessible from the home screen by presenting them as swipable cards.
