Delete your EAGL account

You can request deletion of your EAGL account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies to accounts created in the EAGL App (com.eaglApp) as well as accounts created on eagl.app.

How to request deletion

  1. Submit a request through our contact form using the email address registered to your EAGL account.
  2. In the message field, write "Account deletion request".
  3. Include the phone number (if any) used in the EAGL App so we can locate your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile (name, email, phone number).
  • Authentication credentials and session data.
  • Booking history and personal usage data tied to your account.
  • Payment method tokens stored for in-app purchases.

What we may retain

For legal, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons we retain transaction records (invoices, receipts) for up to 5 years as required by Norwegian bookkeeping law. These records are anonymised where possible and are not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

We confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
