What happened in season one
The fleet sold itself.
Byneset didn't roll out a marketing campaign — they put ten scooters on the course, gave players the EAGL app, and let the keyless self-service flow do the work. By the end of the season, 98% of revenue was running through the app and 1 094 of 1 171 rentals were unlocked by the player without staff in the loop.
